Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Manuel Q. Salinas Youth Sports Complex is 91.7 acres (NCAD, 2012). Restroom facilities, basketball courts, football fields, soccer fields, and a covered pavilion were completed by April 2011. A portion of the complex (approximately 2.5 acres) is currently leased by the Miracle League, with approximately 0.98 acres having been recently developed as the Miracle League Field. The Miracle League facility was built in March 2011 and includes two buildings connected via a covered walkway, an asphalt parking lot, and several covered dugouts and bleachers. The facility is used for sporting events for physically challenged persons.
