Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property is a vacant former industrial facility. The main building is located on the east-central portion of the Property. The interior of the building was vacant except for miscellaneous office furniture throughout the central portion of the building. Areas of water intrusion and black colored mold were noted throughout the northern interior and exterior portions of the main building. Evidence of animal intrusion was noted throughout the building especially in the central loft area and northern portion of the building. Three outbuildings of varying sizes are located west of the main building. The central outbuilding was vacant except for one empty 200-gallon metal AST and five empty 1,000-gallon plastic containers. The southern outbuilding was vacant except for one empty 200-gallon plastic container. The northern outbuilding was vacant. A concrete ramp is located on the western portion of the Property and a concrete, recessed loading area containing approximately two inches of water is located north of the main building. A large pile of debris was located on the southwest portion of the Property. The pile appeared to consist of dirt, gravel, asphalt and tree trimmings. A large vault that appeared to be associated with a water or sewer line was located on the eastern portion of the Property adjacent to the drainage ditch. One empty 300-gallon metal AST on saddles was located outside the southwest portion of the main building. The Property appears to have been developed for industrial uses in 1974. The Property is currently owned by Terre Haute Savings Bank, who acquired the Property from Dean and Marla Hoffman in 2010.
