Additional Property Attributes

The northeast-adjoining UST facilities represent a REC to the sitebased on the proximity to the site and apparent topographic gradient.

Former Use: The site, known as El Sambre Restaurant, was constructed in 1955 and is approximately 2,500 sq. ft. The site was previously and is currently used as a restaurant. Prior to its use as a restaurant, the site was a vacant lot. Based on the Phase II results, no further investigation is recommended at this site. In Fall 2013, 'El Sambre' closed its doors and the property is now vacant and actively for sale.
