This vacant commercial property was recieved by the Saginaw County Land Bank through tax reversion. This property is located in downtwon Saginaw's eastern business district. Saginaw County is actively marketing this site to prosepctive developers.

Former Use: The property consists of two irregular-shaped parcels. In late 1800s the property was developed and over the years there were several structures (eventually one large connected structure)that were used by many occupants (i.e. Grace Schuranbeck; Ernest J. Schuranbeck Estate; Zion Baptist Church of East Saginaw; Zion Baptist Church of East Saginaw; Saginaw Central City Development Corp; Erwin Myers; Max and Ruperta Myers/Erwin & Ethel Myers; Zion Ten Forth Eight Corp; Saginaw Central City Development Corp; Chisholm�s). By the late 1980s, the structure(s) were demolished. The Saginaw County Land Bank Authority is the current owner of the subject property, which is currently unoccupied and vacant.
