This vacant commercial property was recieved by the Saginaw County through tax reversion in 2010. The Saginaw County LBA sold the property to the current owner GBT. The asseessment supported the transfer of the property. The new owner intends to redevelop the subject property in the near future with an expansion of there existing media publication operations.

Former Use: The subject property is developed by the 1930s and a railroad spur is present. By the 1940s-1960s four structures were present on the property, and was used for lumber operations. The buildings were razed an the current subject building was contstructed in 1971. The property is zoned light industrial. In 1993, an anonymous call stated that approximately 20-30 gallons of oil leaked on to the ground and was covered with sand, and that solvents had been poured down the floor drain (at that time time occupied by Dial Tent and Awning). Several adjoinging properties operated as filling stations, bulk oil storages, and a factory; includes LUST reports. The subject property has also been owned and/or occupied by: Saginaw Wholesale Sup. Co; P.M.R.R. Michigan Ave. Freight Depot; Brinker Lumber Co. Inc.; Tri-City Lumber Co.; Harris Lumber & Supply Co.; Spartan Lumber Co.; Dial Tent & Awning Co.; PFQ Printing Co. Commercial Printing; PBW LLC (Poorboy Woodworking) and Solutions 4 Automation LLC, and currently GBT Solutions LLC.
