Additional Property Attributes

The onsite buildings are being demolished and the site is being landscaped as part of a neighborhood redevelopment/beautification project.

Former Use: The Property was occupied by a skating rink and warehouse in 1888. By 1893, the Property was occupied by an electric lighting station. By 1947, the Properyt was developed with a gasoline station/grocery store. The gasoline station closed in the 1970s. Between 1980 and 2006, the buildngs on the Property were occupied by a bicycle shop. By 2012, the buildings on the Property were vacant.
