Additional Property Attributes

The building have been initially renovated and necessary repairs have been completed to address water damage, damage incurred by tenants, and general disrepair from underuse. The property is being held by the county land bank for future redevelopment.

Former Use: The Property was developed with a commercial building in 1875. The building was occupied by various commercial operations from teh 1870s through 2011. In 2012, the building was vacant.
