This assessment studied a portion of the infill redevelopment area known as The Bridge District. The district is a 188-acre former industrialized infill opportunity area. This summer, the City and its development partners will be starting a 60 million infrastructure project that will provide new streets, utilities, and other amenities necessary to support the first phase of urban infill development in the Bridge District. This Phase I, as well as others, was done as part of the Citys due diligence process in acquiring property necessary to begin construction on the infrastructure project.
