Additional Property Attributes

Following the completion of the assessment activities a developer, WS Development, LLC, purchased the property. The property will be used in conjunction with the adjoining properties by an existing concrete and aggregate company (Saginaw Rock Products). The redevelopment will begin in Spring 2013 and will support the continueing growth of this well established local business. It is expected to result in apporximately 500,000 investment and creation of 3 new jobs with the expansion.
