The City of Saginaw owns several of the surrounding properties adn acquired this property to increase teh future developable land. The City is evaluating potential redevelopment opportunities.

Former Use: This property is located in an industrialized are of the City of Saginaw, that was formerly the location of a GM casting plant. The subject property was used in conjunction with the surrounding properties for industiral purposes since the 1950s. The property has been vacant for at least 20 years. As part of teh City of Saginaws efforts to consolodate land for future redevelopment opportunities.
