Additional Property Attributes

This vacant commercial property contained several vacant blighted commercial buildings. A developer purchased the property and redeveloped a new professional office building and associated infrastructure to be occupied as the regional Michigan Works headquarters

Former Use: This property was developed for various commercial operations since the early 1900s. The buildings became vacant and defunct in the early 2000s adn were acquired by Saginaw County in an attemt to promote redevelopment. The assessment activities facilitated the redevelopment of the site, and creation of 16 new permanent professional jobs in the City of Saginaw
