Additional Property Attributes

The Property is situated in a relatively flat area characterized by commercial and residential land uses. The property consists of a former retail building, a warehouse, and paved and grassy areas. The former retail building is located on the northern portion of the property and the warehouse is located on the southern portion of the property. A concrete paved area is located in the southeast corner of the property and leads to the loading dock of the warehouse. A concrete paved sidewalk leads from the warehouse to the former retail building. Maintained grassy area is located on the western portion of the property and along the southern property boundary. Grassy area also surrounds the former retail building on the northern portion of the property.

Former Use: The Property is currently owned by Gill and Gill, LLC and is used to store furniture. The former retail building on the northern portion of the Property has been used as retail space by Gill Brothers Furniture as a clearance store and by the previous owner for the sale of Carhartt and other merchandise. The former retail building is in poor condition and is currently vacant. The roof is caved in and the interior of the building is exposed to natural elements. The warehouse is located on the southern portion of the Property and has been used as storage space. The owners currently use the warehouse as storage for their furniture business. It was previously used to store fencing, animal feeders, and other farm equipment.
