Additional Property Attributes

The Property is situated in a relatively flat area characterized by commercial and residential land uses. The Property consists of a commercial building centrally located on the eastern portion of the Property. The building includes a front desk area, garage, paint storage room, and restroom. A carport is located to the north of the building. Concrete paved parking area is located to the north of the building, including under the carport, and a concrete sidewalk is located along the southern and eastern sides of the building. The rest of the Property is covered in gravel.

Former Use: The property is currently used as an auto body and paint shop, Blackburn�s Auto Body. Blackburn�s Auto Body has occupied the property since at least 1989. Other known occupants of the property include a trucking company and a gasoline station.
