This property is being acquired by the city of Springfield to be used for a police/fire training facility and crime lab. Phase II work is currently being conducted by the current owner. Design and financing plans are currently being developed. PPF - Modern Tractor, 10/28/05) Phase II work was completed by the previous owner.
