Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of a building along the southern property boundary, grassy area to the east and west of the building, and asphalt paved parking area.

Former Use: The property is currently owned by Richard and Kathleen Naze who use the property for storage and parking. A building is centrally located along the southern property boundary. The building consists of a restroom, utility room, garage, and two main rooms. Grass covered areas are located to the east and west of the building. A cement sidewalk is located along the northern side of the building, and a cement covered area is located the northwest of the garage. The rest of the property consists of asphalt-paved parking area which, according to Mr. Naze, is used as extra parking for his office located to the north of the Property The property appears to have been residential until approximately 1950 when it became a gasoline and service station. It remained a gasoline and service station for approximately 20 years, and then became a liquor store. Richard and Kathleen Naze gained ownership of the property approximately 15 years ago.
