Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site was first developed between 1923 and 1939. In 1939, a portion of the site was used for bulk petroleum storage. Approximately 22 ASTs ranging in size from 12,000 gallons to 50,000 gallons were operated at the site. Beginning in 1950, site use on the three parcels changed and the site was used for automobile storage, as an oil warehouse, and as a chemical wholesaler. Most recently, a mechanics shop has used portions of the site. The site is currently occupied by two wholesale distributors of automobile parts. One of the wholesalers has an automotive shop area where parts are recovered and prepared for resale. At least three buildings on the properties are vacant. The parcels are and primarily have been used for industrial and commercial uses.
