Former Use: The site is located on approximately 0.66 acres of land and is developed with one commercial building with the remainder of the site concrete covered for access drives and parking. The building is currently developed as a restaurant and occupied by El Camino Real. Based on a review of the historical information, the site had been vacant land with a road crossing in a northeast to southwest orientation from the late 1800s until developed in 2005 with the current-day El Camino Real restaurant and associated parking lot. The site was purchased from Larry Gerken by Rifle Investments Co, LLC in 2005.
