Additional Property Attributes

Parcel G is a compilation of several parcels that were investigated under the EPA Assessment Pilot Grant. The city purchased the properties over time, relocating businesses, demolishing buildings, and evaluating the extent and magnitude of impacts. The property is being cleaned up under the state voluntary liability exemption process. PPF attached to QR 3, 4/1/04-6/30/04 A developer has presented plans for redevelopment of the property. Ground breaking is scheduled for 2006. Additional investigation was conducted to evaluate the depth of fill for redevelopment planning. PPF attached to QR 8, 7/1/05-9/30/05 Half of the site has been developed with residential housing in 2007.
