Additional Property Attributes

150,000 subgrant was made to LSU Health Science Center to remediate a 5 acre site and ready it for demolition. The site had been used in the past as offices and a rehab center, but had not been used since 1990 and had fallen into disrepair. Grant funds were used to removed hazardous waste/asbestos. Demolition was paid for by the subgrantee. Site is now green space and is planned for redevelopment as part of the campus of the proposed Northwest Louisiana Crime Lab
