Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is approximately 78.7 acres in area and consists of two parcels. The site is bounded by the CSX Intermodal Freight Hub, beyond Deshler Road, and a residential property to the north, agricultural land to the south and east, and unimproved agricultural land, beyond Wingston Road, to the west. The site has been predominantly unimproved agricultural land, with the exception of approximately ten acres of wooded land in the south central portion of the site since at least 1951. The site was depicted with no improvements on a topographic map dated 1903. The site has been owned by the Dudley family since at least 1992.
