Additional Property Attributes

The intended future use of the EPA CAN DO property includes transitional affordable housing that will be completed by Faith Missionary Baptist Church and the East Palo Alto Community Allicance Neighborhood Development Organization, both non-profit developers. (QR 1, 8/1/03-12/31/03) The property will include transitional affordable housing for formerly incarcerated and/or former substance-abusing local residents. The Faith Missionary Baptist Church and the East Palo Alto Community Allicance Neighborhood Development Organization continue to seek funding for this project. (PPF - EPA CAN DO office, 2/7/05)
