The Ravenswood Family Health Center runs a temporary health clinic adjacent to this property. The city has formed an Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement with the center to build a permanent facility on these two new properties. The clinic is currently in negotiations with the property owners regarding acquisition, and after negotiations further proceed, the Phase II assessment partially completed in July 2004 will be finalized.
