Additional Property Attributes

The Ravenswood Family Health Center runs a temporary health clinic adjacent to this property. The city has formed an Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement with the center to build a permanent facility on this property and the adjacant 1800 Bay Rd property. The clinic is currently in negotiations with the property owners on acquistion. When these negotiations have proceeded further, we will finalize the Phase II work and hope to combine it with cleanup activities. This is a Triad pilot. (PPF - Roblake property (future health clinic site, 8/1/05)
