Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Historical Information Based on a review of the historical information, the site consisted of undeveloped land until 1953 when the current on-site structure was constructed. The site was occupied by various gas stations from 1953 until the mid-1970s, when the site building was used as a dental laboratory through the mid-1990s. The site building was vacant until approximately 2002, when Abram Trading Corp began used auto sales business operations on-site. The current and historic onsite automotive sales and service facilities and the historic gas stations located on-site constitute RECs in connection with the site. The surrounding properties historically consisted of undeveloped land to the north, east, south and west in the 1940s until the late 1950s when restaurants and retail buildings were developed to the north of the site; a gas station was constructed to the east of the site; single-family residences were constructed to the south of the site; and a city park was developed to the west of the site. A motel was constructed on the south adjacent property in the late 1960s and an auto repair facility was located to the north of the site from the early 1990s until approximately 2009. The east adjacent gas station and auto repair facility north of the site constitute RECs to the site.
