Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on a review of the historical information, the 1325 structure was constructed in 1966 and occupied by various divisions of Petsche Company from the buildings construction through the mid-1980s. The building was occupied by Handicapped Research Association in the 1990s, then occupied by Chung Sewing in 2000 and the Arlington Moose Lodge from approximately 2009 to present. The 1327 structure was constructed in 1976 and occupied by ACS Air Conditioning and Auto Werks Handicap Conversion through the mid-1990s, then occupied by European Motors Imports from 2000 to 2005 and S&M Performance from 2009 until 2011 when the structure was vacated. The site was vacant land prior to the construction of the on-site structures. The historic on-site automotive service and air conditioning service facility located at the 1327 structure from the early 1990s until 2011 constitute RECs in connection with the site. The surrounding properties historically consisted of undeveloped land to the north, east, south and west in the 1940s until the late 1950s when a service station was located on the south adjacent property to the early 1970s. Commercial and retail properties were developed to the east in the late 1960s (including the machine shop building); the south adjacent structure changed in the early 1970s and was occupied by Cycle Country, and again in the late 1970s when the south adjacent property was occupied by various social clubs. The south adjacent structure was no longer present in 2011. The north and west boundaries of the site have been abutted by Johnson Creek since at least 1942 to present. The former east adjacent machine shop, south adjacent gas station and south adjacent motor cycle repair facility constitute RECs to the site.
