Additional Property Attributes

The site is located at 502 N. Buckeye Street in northwest Coffeyville, Montgomery County, Kansas. The property consists of approximately 15 acres of land with 69 RV / mobile home pad sites, one maintenance building, one office building, one Quonset hut, and one single family home located on site. The site is currently used for residential purposes. There are two man made ponds located on the west side of the target property.

Former Use: Based on a review of the historical information, the site has been used for residential purposes since at least 1941. Railroad tracks have been present on the west side of the site since at least 1941. Areas to the north of the property have historically been used for residential and recreational purposes. Early aerial photographs indicate mining/quarry activities took place to the east of the property until the mid 1960�s. Since the 1960�s surrounding properties to the east of the site have been vacant agricultural land. A major industrial and manufacturing facility owned by Sherwin Williams has been present to the southwest of the property since the early 1900�s. Based on information provided during a historical interview, the target property has been a mobile home park for at least 32 years, and prior to that it was single family residential home. The close proximity of the Sherwin Williams facility to the target property is considered to be a REC.
