Additional Property Attributes

A supplemental Phase II ESA was conducted in June 2012 to address documented soil and groundwater impacts related to historical land use. Those impacts included petroleum hydrocarbons. The supplemental assessment confirmed the source of impacts was on-site soils with levels of contaminants in excess of State regulatory cleanup criteria. The supplemental assessment found soils excessively impacted with petroleum hydrocarbons (including carcenogic PAHs), metals and PCBs.

Former Use: Historical land use has included automotive repair.
