Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is approximately 0.75 acres of land developed with a two-story building and concrete parking areas. The property has been vacant for several years, and was originally built as an IBM Corporation office building. Several known UST sites are in the near vicinity of the property. The Phase I was performed to facilitate the acquisition of the property by a bon-fide prospective purchaser, Brothers of the Sacred Heart, a faith-based organization. Brothers of the Sacred Heart is pursuing the purchase of the property to house a residential occupational training facility for at-risk youth.

Former Use: Property was previously used as a business school and file storage center. Built in the mid-20th century, there is suspected use of lead-based paints and asbestos. Vacant for many years, there are several broken second-story windows which may have resulted in the presence of avian fecal matter, moisture intrusion, and resultant growth of mold. Property is now being owned by Barbue LLC
