Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was historically operated as a furniture store and undertaker (mortician) business since at least 1900 and then residential apartments and warehouse storage since the 1960s. The property is currently developed a 3,100-square foot, two-story building used for storage. Redevelopment plans include demolition of the on-site building and paving the yard for a parking lot for the abutting church.
