Additional Property Attributes

Brothers of the Sacred Heart are the prospective purchasers, and are seeking a property to renovate and open a facility for At-Risk Youth. The property would be used for permanent residences for 8 adults. The prospective purchaser would like to ascertain that the property is safe for residential use based on its prior use as an auto sales and repair facility

Former Use: BR 34 � North Side Motor Exchange located at 665 Scenic Highway. It is approximately half an acre in size. The project has been inactive since 2010 when the current owner closed his automobile repair business. Brothers of the Sacred Heart are interested in acquiring the property to establish a home for at-risk youth.
