Additional Property Attributes

Cleanup may or may not be required, depending on the type of redevelopment, which is unknown at this time. If this site is to be developed for commercial use, a parking lot and foundation may cap the affected soil. However, most other redevelopment will require the soil to be addressed per the developed soil management plan.

Former Use: This site has been improved with an approximate 1,000 and 500 square foot buildings. The site is currently used for antique storage. The site appears to have been developed with two buildings by at least 1959 and a railroad spur on the east portion of the site by at least 1961. The site is currently owned by Stephen Collins.
