Additional Property Attributes

Potential hazards include �hearsay� of the property being a filling station in the early 1900s. The site may be contaminated with petroleum. After a TSAP and Phase II planning was completed the property owner decided not to proceed with Phase II activities. Therefore minimal Phase II expenses are listed but no Phase II results exist.

Former Use: This site has been improved with an approximate 500 square foot building and a small storage shed. The site is currently occupied by Lalo, Inc., which uses it as an auctioneer and sales office. The site appears to have developed prior to 1936 and has previously been used as a barber shop/salon and or office since the 1970's. The current site owner is Larry J. and Loretta L. Hacker. Potential hazards include �hearsay� of the property being a filling station in the early 1900s. The site may be contaminated with petroleum.
