Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consisted of vacant land from at least 1915 until 1920 when an industrial facility with a main building and two out buildings were constructed. In the late-1940s an addition was constructed on the northern portion of the main building and between the late-1940s and the late-1950s an addition was constructed on the southern portion of the out building connecting the two out buildings. Between 1957 and 1961 a second addition was constructed on the northern portion of the main building and an addition connecting the main building to the out building was constructed on the eastern portion of the subject property. Railroad tracks entered the northern portion of the subject property and extended along the eastern portion from at least 1937 until the 1970s.
