Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consisted of vacant land from at least 1915 until the 1950s when the subject property was used as a parking lot for the adjoining properties. In 1991, the existing subject building was constructed on the subject property. A medical waste incinerator and autoclave operated at the subject property from 1991 until the incinerator was shut down by the MDEQ in 2006. In 2007, the MDEQ denied the facility an air permit, and the facility was shut down completely. The subject property currently contains a vacant building.
