Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Property historically used as auto dealership. In the mid-1990�s, the former owner removed several USTs from the property and completed soil excavation and disposal in the vicinity of these USTs. However, residual petroleum contamination in soil and groundwater remained, and a Class A-3 Response Action Outcome (RAO) was filed with MassDEP in 1997 and an Activity and Use Limitation (AUL) was placed on the property, restricting certain uses and requiring the maintenance of impervious surfaces above the impacted soils.
