Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Residential corner lot rented to tenents who operated an unlicensed car repair facility. The tenants have since been evicted. Major oil staining is located all around the building. NHDES has completed an environmental incident response report and phase I assessment is nearing completion. The lot was taken by tax deed by the city.
