Additional Property Attributes

This property was a methamphetamine seized residence currently owned by Musselshell County. Upon development of cleanup plan, it was verified that asbestos was present in components of the building.

Former Use: The structure was a privately owned rental property consisting of three apartments when it was seized on November 4, 1999, due to the operation of a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory in one of the units. Musselshell County acquired the property through the seizure/tax foreclosure. The structure was listed in a 1983 historic inventory conducted by the City of Roundup and was not found to have any historic significance.
