Additional Property Attributes

The subject property comprises three parcels totalling 72 acres of land. There is one 2,400 square foot single-story polebarn developed in the northeast portion of the site. The current use of the property is agricultural land, wetland areas and vacant land. The property will remain green space and the drainage channel located on the proeprty will be opened to the existing ox bow for additional flood plain capacity.

Former Use: The property has been hisotrically vacant undeveloped land or used for agricultural purposes or soil removing purposes since at least 1930. Various private entities have owned the property since at lest the late 1800s.
