Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of one complete parcel of land and two portions of two parcels of land. The proeprty includes a total of 105-acres of agricultural land and undeveloped vacant land. There are no structures developed at the site. Fort Gratiot Township plans on redeveloping the property into public recreation areas and was chosen due to its close proximity to existing parks.

Former Use: The majority of the subject proeprty has been historically used for agricultutal purpose or vacant undeveloped land with the exception of approximatley two residential farm steads/riding stables developed along Parker Road in the eastern portion of the subject property from at least the early 1950s to the early 1990s. Currently there are no structures developed at the property. The proposed redevelopment of the site is for public recreational purposes.
