Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of three parcels totaling 100-acres of land identified as part of Dressser Industrial Park.The subject proeprty is currently used for agriculturla purpses or undeveloped vacant land. The three parcels that comprise the site are situated on the northwest, southeast and southwest corners of the Nottawa Road and Bogen Road intersection in the City of Sturgis Michigan. This assessment will be used by a prospective purchaser who would create an industrial development on the property. Former Use: The 100-acres of land that comprise the subject property have historically been developed with residential farm steads, used for agricultural purposes or vacant undeveloped land since as early as the late 1930. The City of Sturgis prurchased the subject property in the early 1990s from private entities. There are currently no structures developed at the subject property. The City of Sturgis plans on leasing the proeprty for industrial and/or commercial development. by 2021 10 acres of land was industrial in use and 90 acres remained undeveloped. The 2021 assessment will spur development of the remaining 90 acres.
