Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: the Property was occupied by residential dwellings as of 1888, the date of the earliest historical records obtained during the Phase I ESA. In 1920, Imperial Metal Products Company occupied the southeast portion of the Property with a two-story brick building. Additions were constructed onto the building in 1925, 1928, 1935, 1941, and 1969. In 1960, a one-story metal building was constructed on the northwest corner of the Property and was depicted as A & Metals Products Wholesale. In the 1950�s, a 2nd hand auto parts store and vehicle �grave yard� were present on the southwest portion of the Property. As of 1963, the remaining residential structures and second hand auto parts store were no longer present. The Property was occupied by the Imperial Metals Products Company from 1920 through approximately 2000. The Property was subsequently occupied by H & R Undercar Lease, Evangelistic Commerce, Crystal Limousine, and CoroTech. It is believed that the Property has been unoccupied since approximately 2005.
