Additional Property Attributes

The parcel was approximately 0.12 acres of land developed with an approximately 4,000 square feet, three-unit commercial building. The remainder of the Property was developed with a paved rear access ramp. The surrounding area was typical of a downtown market district, with street level storefronts and residential housing units above.

Former Use: In 1938 to 1973, the parcel was developed with one five-unit building.
