Building has been remediated and razed. Greenspace will be created in the spring of 2013.

Former Use: Subject property was an outdated and blighted apartment building. Owned by the Arbutus Park Retirement Community, they decided to remediate the building, demolish it, and create a greenspace for their retirees living within the complex.
