Additional Property Attributes

The site is located at 3303 W. 8th Street in Coffeyville, Montgomery County, Kansas. The site is approximately 3 acres of land that has been improved with one approximate 1,056 square foot residential structure.

Former Use: Based on a review of the historical information, the site appears to have been developed since at least 1954 with a structure. City directories indicate the site has been used for residential purposes since at least 1959. A radio repair facility was listed at the site in 1977 and 1982. It is suspected that the 3301 W 8th listing is also associated with this site. The city directories report a gasoline station associated with that address between 1959 and 1972. The potential historical use of the site as a gasoline station is considered to be a REC. No other indications of RECs were identified during the historical review.
