Additional Property Attributes

Based on the findings of this Phase II ESA Addendum, no further subsurface investigation is recommended at this time. Aquaterra recommends that any reported incidents related to a petroleum release on the subject site be closed, and that the subject site should receive no further action status.

Former Use: The site is an adandoned gasoline filling station. USTs were previously removed under the oversight of the Tanks section in 2003. In April 2010, approximately 181 cubic yards of soil were excavated in the vicinity of the former UST pit and product lines. LRA intends on marketing the property for commercial development.
