Former Use: The site consists of one square-shaped parcel of land totaling approximately 1.35 acres. The parcel is zoned CBD (Central Business District) and is located adjacent to other commercial and residential parcels. The subject site is developed with one 8,720 square foot grocery building constructed in 1963. The building is currently unoccupied and undergoing renovations to reopen as Rick�s Country Market. The site has operated as a grocery store since 1963. Prior to 1963, the site appears to have been utilized as residential.
