The site consists of a 0.32-acre parcel located at 621 Texas Boulevard in Texarkana, Bowie County, Texas. The parcel is developed with a vacant 13,000 square foot, single-story building which was most recently utilized as a flea market until approximately 2011.

Former Use: The site consists of a 0.32-acre parcel located at 621 Texas Boulevard in Texarkana, Bowie County, Texas. The parcel is developed with a vacant 13,000 square foot, single-story building which was most recently utilized as a flea market until approximately 2011. Historical information indicates the site was developed with residences sometime prior to 1896. The site appears to have remained residential development until sometime prior to 1948. The site was redeveloped as a furniture store until approximately the mid-1990s. Shops that build or repair furniture commonly use varnishes, paints, solvents, and adhesives in shop operations. These chemicals could be potential sources of contamination at these facilities. Based on the age of the former furniture store and the possibility of furniture building or repair operations having occurred at the site, the former furniture store represents a REC to the site at this time.
