Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: commercial fueling station The site was developed as a commercial fueling station in 1978 with seven fueling pumps at three pump islands. A building, structure, or impervious surface occupied approximately 30% of the site and 70% of the site is covered by grass or gravel. The site is zoned commercial. The former owner was Mr. John Gilroy. The fueling pumps, USTs, and pump islands have all been removed.
