Additional Property Attributes

During the Site Reconnaissance, Allwyn Environmental observed the following features at the subject property: Piles of debris located to the east and northeast of the northern most billboard sign. The debris included but was not limited to cinder blocks and tires. Allwyn Environmental observed that some of the tires in this area are partially buried which may be in indicative of non-native material being buried in that location. Asphalt debris protruding from a depressed area of soil that may be indicative of non-native material being buried in that location. A pit approximately 3 feet in diameter that extends to an approximate depth of 4 feet below ground surface (bgs). On December 2, 2011, Allwyn Environmental used a back-hoe to excavate these areas in order to further evaluate the contents of the debris piles and pit and to see if any non-native materials were buried in these areas. During the course of the excavation, Allwyn Environmental did not encounter any materials or other non-native features that would indicate the presence of a REC. Therefore, this assessment did not reveal the presence of a REC in connection with the subject property.

Former Use: The subject property consists of native desert and with the exception of the two billboard signs located on the northwest portion of the subject property there is no evidence to indicate that the subject property has ever been developed. There are unpaved roads that traverse the subject property and evidence of vehicular traffic and wildcat dumping at the subject property.
