Additional Property Attributes

Phase I ESA completed in early 2013 found no RECs per ASTM E1527-05; with the exception of asbestos in the on-site structures to be demolished as part of the planned redevelopment. The asbestos findings have been forwarded to the developer. No additional assessment is warranted/recommended.
